Michael Jackson’s autopsy proved what he’d been telling fans all along: he hadn’t bleached his skin; he had vitiligo (a disease that caused his skin to lighten). According to MTV, the report also proved that the propofol administered by Dr Conrad Murray killed MJ, which is a huge deal for Dr Murray’s manslaughter trial. An anaesthesiologist consulted in the case claims the drug was not legitimately used to treat insomnia, because it’s meant strictly as a surgical general anaesthetic. Furthermore, none of the resuscitation equipment required when using propofol was found in Michael’s room. Dr Murray pleaded not guilty to charges of involuntary manslaughter in court on Monday.
