Mel Gibson’s latest scandal is getting nasty. His ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, and mother of their seven-month-old daughter Lucia, took out a domestic violence restraining order against Mel last Monday, and sources on her side told TMZ she’s claiming Mel punched her teeth out during an argument.
