Fangs come out in Twilight battle

Bring it, beyoches! Twilight’s now ex-Victoria, Rachelle Lefevre, is acting all hurt – and Summit Entertainment is hitting back, claiming her firing is her fault. Rachelle told Access Hollywood, “I was stunned by Summit’s decision to recast the role of Victoria for Eclipse. My commitment to Barney’s Version is only 10 days. Summit picked up my option for Eclipse. Although the production schedule for Eclipse is over three months long, Summit said they had a conflict during those ten days and would not accommodate me. But Summit told Access, “We at Summit Entertainment are disappointed by Rachelle Lefevre's recent comments, which attempt to make her career choices the fault of the Studio. It was not until July 20th that Summit was first informed of Ms. Lefevre's commitment to Barney's Version, a commitment we have since been advised she accepted in early June. We feel that her choice to withhold her scheduling conflict information from us can be viewed as a lack of cooperative spirit which affected the entire production.” Rachelle’s team is fighting back, claiming the conflict came in when the Eclipse schedule was changed, so it’s not her fault.

Joe Jonas is single, ladies

Joe Jonas (19) has split from his post-Taylor Swift girlfriend Camilla Belle (22). Joe’s rep Brad Cafarelli told America’s People magazine, “Yes, it's true, they have broken up. There is no third party involved and they care deeply about each other and will remain friends." Joe can’t be too broken up about the split – he took off the necklace Camilla gave him on stage in front of fans during the Jonas Brothers concert tour over the weekend and changed the lyrics of their song Much Better to suit the occasion. Perez reports Joe changed the line “Get a rep for breakin' hearts, now I'm done with superstars" to "Get a rep for breakin hearts, now I'm done with movie stars.”

LeAnn Rimes' seven year itch

LeAnn Rimes, the “other woman” in Eddie Cibrian’s divorce drama, is splitting from her husband Dean Sheremet after seven years of marriage (she was 19 and he was 21 when they married). If there was ever a case of no smoke without fire, this is it.
According to America’s People Magazine, LeAnn told fans at a music festival over the weekend, "It's inevitable that in a relationship, sometimes you will have your heart broken at some point. Sometimes, you might say that you can't do anything and sometimes, you want revenge. Sometimes, you say, 'You're not worth it.' But sometimes, you don't, and that's when you leave it in God's hands and know that he will take care of it."

Taylor Lautner’s barking mad fans

While Robert Pattinson has fans asking him to bite them, which is pretty freaky, Twilight co-star Taylor Lautner (Jacob) now has girls wanting a growler. "They ask me to growl for them, and I really don't enjoy doing that. So that's for the fans – please don't ask me to growl. Just wait for the movie,” he told the press at Comic-Con. Their co-star Ashley Green (Alice) threw a little fuel on the Robert/Kristen fire that just won’t die down when she told fans, “The chemistry is incredible.”

Michael Jackson better off dead?

Actor Rupert Everett told the UK’s Mirror he believes Michael Jackson is better off dead. “I think it was fortuitous that he died. He was supposed to be doing 50 concerts in London. It wouldn't have mattered how good or bad he was. He wouldn't have managed to do all of them, and the press would have destroyed him.” He might have a teeny, tiny point there.

Eddie Cibrian’s gonna be single

Eddie Cibrian’s wife Brandi Glanville has split over his alleged affair with his Northern Lights co-star LeAnn Rimes. US Weekly reports she told them, “Eddie and I have decided to take some time apart. I want to do what is best for our children. Eddie and LeAnn deserve each other.” The final straw came when Brandi found out Eddie was still seeing LeAnn on the sly, meeting at a house belonging to a friend of LeAnn’s.
