Miley Cyrus’ song The Climb, from Hannah Montana: The Movie, has been pulled from the list of next year’s Grammy nominees. Miley’s camp originally wanted to withdraw the song because it had been submitted for the wrong category – best song written for a soundtrack, according to America’s People magazine. The Grammy organisers have not commented on why the song has been dropped. Sandra Bullock and Jesse James have won physical custody of Jesse’s five-year-old daughter Sunny from his ex-wife, porn actress Janine Lindemulder. Janine has spent the past six months in prison for tax evasion. According to US magazine, Jesse and Sandra were worried Sunny was growing up in a dangerous environment, with Sunny being left alone while Janine slept off alleged drug binges.
